B P disorder is not something to get defeated.It is a constant struggle thro life.Dont get disheartened because there will always be light at the end of tunnel.
The life expectancy of a person with mental illness is fully 25 years less than the general population, because so many choose to end theirs so early. That is terribly disheartening.
